How we started
Kerry Dairy Ice Cream is the brainchild of Sean O'Grady.
Sean learned his craft at the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy from world famous 'Frozen Dessert Technologist' Luciano Ferrari.
Made in the Gelato style, Kerry Dairy Ice Cream is a fusion of the finest local ingredients and the best of Italian tradition and flair.
A little more here, about the time involved or the love that goes into it.
I pride myself on using only the best of Kerry in my ice cream and to bring you something truly special, a quality and texture that you can't get anywhere else. This can be seen in every last scoop. A little more text is needed, a photo would be nice too, and a signature.
